Running your first campaign: a guide for businesses

A campaign asks real customers in your city to try your business and share their honest experience. This is what to expect.

Before you start

  • The link to your listing on the platform you want reviews on, for example your Google Maps page.
  • How many reviews you want, and what you will pay for each. The minimum bid depends on the campaign type and is shown when you create the campaign.
  • Whether you want reviewers from one city or from all over India.

Setting the campaign up

Choose the campaign type, add any points you would like reviewers to cover, and set your bid and quantity. The total you pay and what each reviewer will earn are shown before you pay, including the platform fee.

Paying

Pay the total by UPI using the details on the payment step, then upload a clear screenshot of the payment. A person verifies it, and your campaign goes live once the payment is confirmed. If the screenshot is not accepted, you will be told why and can upload another.

What the statuses mean

  • Payment pending: waiting for your payment screenshot.
  • Verifying payment: we are checking your payment.
  • Active: live and visible to reviewers in the cities you chose.
  • Paused: temporarily not taking submissions. You can pause and resume an active campaign yourself.
  • Completed: every review you paid for has been approved.

What not to do

Do not ask reviewers for a particular rating or for positive-only feedback. Reviewers are told to ignore such requests, and campaigns that try to buy ratings can be removed.
